Growing Your Business - Revisit and Update Your Goals

Today we are talking about Tip 1 to helping you keep your purpose in life in mind while growing your business, which is to Revisit and Update Your Goals.

If you used to keep goals, consider pulling that old list out and taking a look at it. Set some new goals that will inspire you to get re-focused and excited to achieve the next level of success. Try to remember why you were so passionate about what you were doing. What used to motivate you? What motivates you now? What excites you now? What did you care about? What do you care about now? The goals that you first started out with will be different than the goals you have made for yourself now, but by visiting them you can gain a valuable glimpse into what used to get you going every morning. Try to focus on what was driving you. What was your purpose? What were you trying to achieve? What has been the emotional payoff for you to date? What is the emotional payoff for your next goal achievement journey? Finding your purpose might be a lot easier if you try re-drafting your goals to fit your future.
